You will be in charge of setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining the machine park within the production perimeter, at the right pace and quality level, by performing format changes. The machine park is located in a 'clean room' environment; the setter must carry out interventions while respecting hygiene, quality, and safety rules. Work rhythm: 2x8

Responsabilités

Perform mechanical version changes and control the conformity of the first produced parts
Inform the Team leader, Supervisor, Production Technician, technical leader in case of anomaly, and intervene to treat mechanical breakdowns
Collaborate with the Technical Manager in the context of process modification, production anomalies, planned maintenance
Ensure the proper functioning of machine safety devices
Propose and participate in the implementation of technical or organizational improvements
Record the outputs of mechanical spare parts on the GTMAO software according to the concerned UP
Apply procedures, instructions, or operating methods related to the function
Ensure the transmission of instructions
Intervene on preventive or curative maintenance operations
Monitor equipment in terms of breakdown rate, scrap rate, and TRS
Master mechanical interventions in a clean room environment (ZAC)

Exigences

BAC PRO and/or BTS with a focus on maintenance, mechanics, electrotechnics and/or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of procedures, instructions, and operating methods related to the function
Good knowledge of GMP and the organization related to the site's quality system
Good knowledge of the ultra-clean environment
Knowledge of office tools necessary for the function
