Join the A400M Quality team within the production unit responsible for manufacturing sub-assemblies and the A400M Central Wing Box Fin. You will join a dynamic and innovative environment, under the direction of the Quality Assurance Service Manager. In the context of strengthening the team and an increase in production rate, your role within the organization will be to guarantee product and service conformity, guarantee product conformity with regulations, contribute to the SMS initiative, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Responsabilités
Guarantee product and service conformity in line with customer requirements
Guarantee product conformity with regulations
Contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS) initiative to ensure aircraft conformity and safety
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
Pilot product quality and conformity: characterize, decide and pilot the treatment of non-conformities (NC) detected in production
Perform key controls and validations: measurement of homologation PVs, QSOI (Quality Standard Operation Instruction) for first implementation, FAI (First Article Inspection)
Compile and ensure archiving of the aircraft file
Analysis, problem solving and continuous improvement: conduct field analyses related to quality issues and customer complaints
Define and pilot action plans to improve performance (e.g., reduction of exemptions, customer NCs, Foreign Object Damage)
Actively participate in prevention tool approaches
Pilot continuous improvement initiatives for the service
Operational monitoring and line support: perform operational monitoring of people, processes and products within the scope
Participate in the deployment and animation of workshops on the line
Perform the line's CPB (Customer Protection Board)
Audits, reporting and communication: prepare the line and support internal and external audits
Prepare and present the line Quality review
Ensure regular communication to operators and structured reporting to the manager on ongoing actions
Exigences
Several years of experience as a Quality Conformance Manager
Good communication skills with diverse audiences
Autonomy, organization, rigor
Strong ability to work in a multi-skill team
Ability to define an action plan to improve the product
Knowledge of crisis management and problem-solving techniques
