Description du poste:

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a dynamic team working on large-scale projects in the telecommunications sector. You will ensure the quality of deliverables by executing rigorous test campaigns while collaborating closely with technical and business teams.

Responsabilités:

Plan and execute functional tests to validate Telecom system functionalities
write test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on functional requirements
perform manual and automated testing on systems, applications, and interfaces
design and execute API tests (REST/SOAP) to validate interactions between systems
develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Robot Framework or equivalents
identify, analyze, and document anomalies, and follow their resolution in collaboration with development teams
ensure complete test coverage and compliance with user needs
participate in reviews of functional and technical specifications
use test management and bug-tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes
adhere to deadlines, quality standards, and best practices.

Exigences:

Minimum 2 years in the telecommunications sector with solid experience in functional testing
expertise in API testing (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger, etc.): design, execution, and validation of API calls
experience in testing Salesforce CRM is strongly desired
strong knowledge of Telecom processes and systems
mastery of different test types: functional, integration, regression
experience in manual and automated tests
practical experience in test automation using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework or equivalents
proficiency in test management and bug-tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM...)
team spirit, rigor, autonomy, and good communication skills
fluency in English is an asset.
