Description du poste:

As a Proxy Product Owner, you will play a key role in executing our product roadmap and continuously improving the user experience for our different products. Your objective is to contribute to the operational continuity of delivery and advance features, improvements, and field feedback—all while collaborating with our Product Owner, Product Designer, the Engineering team, the QA team, the Support team, and the Business teams.

Responsabilités:

Clarify user needs and business priorities
Write and maintain structured and actionable user stories
Assist and contribute to Scrum rituals (daily, refinement, sprint planning, retrospective) while collaborating closely with Engineering, QA and Design teams
Monitor progress, remove blockers, validate what is delivered
Measure the impact of features post-release (usage, feedback, metrics)
Ensure smooth communication between tech, design, business and support

Exigences:

First solid experience in an internship or apprenticeship in Product Management, Product Ownership or adjacent role (UX, tech, ops…)
Understanding of product management fundamentals: discovery, delivery, user stories, prioritization, releases, feedback loop
Ability to transform a user request into a clear need, a vague idea into a useful specification, and a spec into a testable feature
Structured, autonomous, organized and reliable
Impact-oriented
Enjoy collaborating and communicating with diverse teams (Engineering, Design, QA, Support, Sales, Customer Success)
Mastery of English for documentation, specs and internal exchanges (Spanish is a plus)

Souhaitable:

Knowledge of the SaaS, health, medtech or dental care world
Notion, Figma, Jira, Clickup or Linear in your toolkit
Data sensitivity (tracking, usage, analytics)
