Vous assurez la gestion technique, financière et administrative d’actifs immobiliers (bureaux, locaux commerciaux, résidentiel).

Responsabilités

  • Suivi technique complet : maintenance, diagnostics, audits
  • Gestion des contrats d’entretien
  • Pilotage des travaux, chiffrages, appels d’offre
  • Relation bailleurs/locataires
  • Suivi budgétaire et optimisation des charges
  • Contrôle des prestations et livrables techniques
  • Gestion des sinistres complexes
  • Reporting régulier aux asset managers ou bailleurs

  • Expérience en property management
  • Bon niveau technique + gestion budgétaire
  • Force de proposition et autonomie
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience
