Initial professional experience as a property manager, legal support, facility manager, or more broadly within the real estate sector
Good knowledge of accounting and legal principles applied to real estate

Manage lease management of a portfolio of 14 assets located in Italy
Contribute to the management of assets located in France
Act as key point of contact for landlords, external stakeholders, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Oversee operational management of sites
Update reporting and activity-tracking tools
Manage contractual matters and monitor pre-litigation files and insurance claims
Ensure compliance with local contractual obligations
Lead interactions with landlords, brokers, insurers, experts, lawyers and internal teams
Coordinate daily operational matters for each site
