Description du poste:

Project Manager pour la division Services Financiers de Sopra Steria, spécialisé dans la banque de détail, la banque privée et les services financiers spécialisés. Le poste consiste à piloter des projets dans le cadre de grands programmes complexes de transformation des systèmes d'information des clients Grands Comptes.

Responsabilités:

  • Piloter un ou plusieurs projets avec engagement de résultat (développement logiciel ou maintenance applicative)
  • Garantir les engagements de services vis-à-vis du client (delivery, coût, délais, qualité)
  • Animer la relation avec les interlocuteurs clients
  • Planifier les travaux et suivre leur avancement
  • Organiser et gérer une équipe en grande autonomie (10 à 30 personnes)
  • Accompagner et suivre l'évolution des équipes
  • Suivre l'économie des projets et le volet financier des contrats
  • Assurer le reporting auprès de la Direction et des clients
  • Participer au recrutement, coaching, encadrement d'autres Chefs de Projet
  • Intervenir en avant-vente et en bid management

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) Bac+5 d'une école d'Ingénieurs, d'une filière informatique ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience opérationnelle (5 ans minimum)
  • Expérience en gestion de projet en maîtrise d'œuvre (développement logiciel / TMA)
  • Expérience dans le cadre forfaitaire, en ESN idéalement (voire chez un éditeur de logiciels)
  • Solide culture en développement logiciel
