En tant que Project Management Office (PMO) vous contribuerez activement à la réussite de projets à fort enjeu technique et organisationnel.

Responsabilités:

  • Superviser et animer l’équipe projet, en assurant une gestion efficace des tâches
  • Appliquer et promouvoir des processus et outils communs pour garantir une approche structurée
  • Gérer le budget du projet et suivre les jalons clés
  • Faciliter la communication entre les parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Prendre des décisions et assumer la responsabilité des résultats et de l’atteinte des objectifs

Exigences:

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur (ou équivalent) avec une expérience confirmée en gestion de projets industriels complexes
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets clients, avec un fort sens du résultat, du respect des engagements et des attentes contractuelles
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et coordination d’équipes pluridisciplinaires
  • Approche structurée, analytique, orientée solution et client
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment les outils de gestion de projet
