Description du poste:

Gérer le développement et livraison d’un projet externe d’envergure. Mise à jour du planning projet, listes d’actions, les rapports aux principaux intervenants et clients, gestion financière du projet. Travailler avec une équipe technique et être responsable de la coordination de chaque lot de travaux sur le projet, incluant le développement et les tests, ainsi que la livraison à nos clients. Suivre l’évolution et progrès du projet à chacune de ses étapes, organiser et animer les réunions projets, et signaler tout problème à la Direction et principales parties prenantes.

Responsabilités:

  • Gérer la relation avec le client ainsi que l’ensemble des parties prenantes
  • Établir et entretenir des relations avec des tiers / fournisseurs
  • Pilotage du développement pluridisciplinaire : électronique, logiciel, sous-traitance …
  • Développer les objectifs du projet, en impliquant toutes les parties prenantes concernées
  • Effectuer une gestion des risques
  • Créer et maintenir une documentation de projet complète
  • Respect des objectifs Qualité / coûts / délais
  • Suivi et respect du budget

Exigences:

  • Bac +5 de type école d'ingénieur
  • Au moins 7 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire en entreprise
  • Rigueur

  • Esprit de synthèse
  • Expérience en pilotage de développement multidisciplinaire
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, aussi bien en interne qu’en relation avec le client

  • Lead, coordinate, and develop a multidisciplinary Project Controls team (planning, scheduling, cost control, earned value validation, procurement support, document control, and administrative support)
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing, engaged project controls organization
  • Review, coordinate, and improve: existing roles, responsibilities, and interfaces between project controls, project management, engineering, procurement, and construction management teams
  • Establish and maintain integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases
  • Ensure schedules are logic-driven, resource-loaded where appropriate, and aligned with contractual and commercial requirements
  • Support schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, scenario planning, and recovery strategies
  • Interface with engineering team on estimated engineering project budgets, including engineering hours, procurement
  • Monitor percent complete, earned value, expended hours, forecast-to-complete, project performance variance, and cost performance indicators
  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting of project performance internally to project teams and company senior management
  • Active collaboration with Project managers during monthly progress reporting
