Exigences

Master or equivalent (Bac +5) in project management, engineering, management or business
Minimum 10 years of experience in complex project management
Minimum 3 years of experience in project team management
Experience in a dynamic or multi-site environment (consulting, health, data, services...)
Professional English proficiency (oral and written) is essential
Excellent knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Mastery of project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Trello, Monday.com, Excel
Ability to design and monitor dashboards and performance indicators (Power BI)
Skills in process optimization and budget management
Knowledge of the health / market research sector and compliance standards (RGPD, BHBIA, EphMRA) is an asset

Responsabilités

Define, standardize and optimize project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Maintain and promote tools, models and performance indicators
Train and support teams in project culture and best practices
Supervise ongoing projects: budget, planning, quality and resources
Identify synergies, prioritize actions and manage dependencies
Prepare steering committees and provide strategic recommendations
Supervise, motivate and develop the project manager team
