Vous souhaitez mettre votre expérience au service de projets à forts enjeux sociétaux, alliant innovation, challenge et impact direct sur la vie des citoyens ? Notre vertical Services Publics à Rouen recherche un(e) Project Manager Senior pour piloter des projets d’envergure et accompagner la transformation de nos clients institutionnels.

Responsabilités:

  • Pilotage de projets stratégiques pour nos clients du secteur public en engagement de résultats (cycle traditionnel ou agile)
  • Définition de la solution projet : enjeux, stratégie, maîtrise des risques, planning, staffing, livrables, moyens, etc.
  • Supervision autonome de la bonne avancée des projets en assurant le respect des engagements (coût, délais, qualité) et la satisfaction client
  • Management opérationnel d'équipes (en direct ou en transverse), animation des comités de pilotage
  • Gestion de la relation client, participation à l’avant-vente et à la fidélisation
  • Accompagnement et montée en compétences des équipes projet, suivi RH, coaching des chefs de projet
  • Suivi économique des projets, reporting de qualité et visibilité auprès des directions
  • Participation à l'amélioration continue des processus, procédures, normes et méthodes

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) d’un Master 2 (Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Universitaire) ou équivalent
  • Expérience d’au moins 8 ans en management de projets complexes, à engagement de résultats dans le secteur public ou des environnements similaires
  • Maîtrise du pilotage de projets à forts enjeux
  • Maîtrise de la gestion de la relation client
  • Maîtrise de la pédagogie
  • Maîtrise du management opérationnel d’équipes
  • Hauteur de vue pour comprendre les enjeux stratégiques des projets publics
  • Orienté(e) business et résultats
  • Capacité à fédérer les équipes vers un objectif commun
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles
  • Sens de l’engagement
