Rattaché(e) au Bureau des Projets de la BU Défense & Sécurité, vous assurez une mission de support managérial aux responsables d’un projet majeur en cours sur notre site du Plessis-Robinson pour la planification et le suivi des activités, l'animation des plans d'actions, la traçabilité du respect des exigences, ainsi que le suivi de la gestion financière. Vous prenez part activement à la définition et l’harmonisation des méthodes et outils de gestion des projets, et vous accompagnez leur bonne mise en œuvre.

Responsabilités:

  • Support managérial aux responsables d’un projet majeur
  • Participation à la coordination et au pilotage du projet
  • Support à la planification et au suivi budgétaire du projet
  • Consolidation et suivi des plannings des lots de travaux
  • Animation de réunions de suivi des plans d'actions
  • Suivi et remontée des alertes
  • Rédaction des comptes rendus de réunions et des synthèses d'activité
  • Remontée des indicateurs de performances KPI qualité-coûts-délais
  • Reporting
  • Implication dans l’évolution des pratiques et des processus de gestion des Projets
  • Optimisation des modes de fonctionnement
  • Mise en place des indicateurs, des outils et des bonnes pratiques pour la gestion des Projets
  • Rédaction de documents de management
  • Audits des processus et bonnes pratiques

Exigences:

  • BAC+5 de spécialisation PMP, management de projets
  • Expérience réussie de plus de 3 ans en tant que PMO ou Chef de projets
  • Maîtrise des méthodes et outils de gestion de projet
  • Connaissance du cycle du développement de systèmes (cycle en V, agile)
  • Excellente organisation
  • Rigoureux(se) et dynamique
  • Aime travailler en équipe
