Description du poste:

Nous recrutons un/une Project Managment Officer pour rejoindre nos équipes du pôle Informatique Industrielle de notre Business Line Systèmes Sûrs Informatiques & Embarqués (SSIE) de la région Aquitaine. Intégré dans une équipe projet sur site client.

Responsabilités:

  • Mise en place et suivi des SLAS et des KPIs
  • Elaboration des planning projet en collaboration avec le chef de projet
  • Suivi de l’avancement des activités
  • Préparation des supports de réunion (COTECH, COPROJ, COPIL …)
  • Participation aux réunions et rédaction des comptes-rendus
  • Elaboration et suivi de la facturation
  • Assurer la qualité du projet
  • Support aux équipes dans la mise en œuvre du référentiel documentaire

Exigences:

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou d'un Master (Bac+5) dans le domaine de l'informatique
  • Expérience d'au moins 1 ans dans le domaine industriel
  • Connaissances techniques en milieu industriel (électronique, informatique industrielle, automatisme, électricité)
  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projet (MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Power Query)
  • Maîtrise des outils de ticketing (JIRA, GLPI)
  • Excellentes capacités de communication
