Description du poste:

Dans le cadre de votre stage en tant que Project Management Officer (PMO), vous serez Intégré(e) au sein de l’une de nos équipes en charge de la gestion de projets de dimension internationale pour l’un de nos clients grand compte en France.

Responsabilités:

  • Assister les managers de projet dans la planification, l’exécution et le suivi de projets
  • Contribuer à la gestion des ressources, des délais et des budgets des projets
  • Participer au suivi des KPI et SLA pour assurer la conformité aux engagements contractuels
  • Aider à la coordination des équipes internes et externes, y compris les équipes onsite, nearshore et offshore
  • Préparer les instances de gouvernance en rassemblant les données et en créant des présentations
  • Aider à la préparation de rapports d’avancement et de présentations pour les clients
  • Suivi financier, facturation, sous-traitants
  • Acquérir une expérience pratique dans la gestion de projets de grande envergure à l’échelle internationale

Exigences:

  • Étudiant(e) en gestion de projet, en management, en informatique
  • Connaissance des principes de base de gestion de projet
  • Être capable d’évoluer dans un environnement mondial et multiculturel
  • Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et verbale français / anglais
  • Un très bon niveau d’anglais (B2+ / C1) est nécessaire
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement
  • Comprendre l’importance de la qualité et de la satisfaction client
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, de gestion de projet (i.e. Microsoft Project) et des plateformes collaboratives
