Description du poste:

Sous la responsabilité du manager de programme, vous aurez en charge le rôle de Project Management Officer, et serez intégré à l'équipe dédiée à la bonne exécution des activités de développement, de production, et de soutien du véhicule considéré. Le poste requiert une dimension organisationnelle importante, et la capacité à planifier et à piloter les livrables contractuels associés aux postes du marché, ainsi qu'à effectuer les synthèses financières et recommandations associées.

Responsabilités:

  • Suivre l'ensemble des livrables contractuels associés à chacun des postes du marché afin de garantir le respect des échéances, jalons, ainsi que la facturation des postes
  • Identifier les chemins critiques et alerter la direction de programme de toute dérive ou de tout risque
  • Effectuer les consolidations budgétaires mensuelles et diffuser les reporting associés vers le management
  • Participer aux réunions d'équipe internes sous la présidence du manager de programme, ainsi qu'aux échanges de coordination avec nos éventuels partenaires
  • Participer aux réunions d'avancement avec le client et en assurer la préparation et la synthèse

Exigences:

  • Bac+5 minimum ou équivalent dans les domaines techniques, financiers ou commerciaux
  • Expérience similaire d'au moins 3 ans sur des programmes d'ampleur, idéalement dans les milieux de la défense, du ferroviaire, de l'aéronautique ou de l'automobile
  • Maîtrise des processus classiques depuis les phases de développement jusqu'aux phases de production et de mise en œuvre du système de soutien
  • Bases solides dans les domaines juridique et financier
  • Connaissance du code des marchés publics français est un plus
  • Fluent en anglais avec un score de 900 points minimum au TOEIC
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et synthétique
  • Fortes facultés d'expression orale et qualité rédactionnelle
  • Fort Leadership et fortes aptitudes au pilotage d'équipes transverses
  • Permis B impératif

Souhaitable:

  • Connaissance du code des marchés publics français
  • Expérience dans les milieux de la défense, du ferroviaire, de l'aéronautique ou de l'automobile
