Description du poste:

Pilotez un projet stratégique dès sa phase de lancement. Vous aimez prendre la responsabilité de projets à forts enjeux, structurer une activité et accompagner sa montée en puissance dans la durée ? Vous recherchez un poste où votre capacité à organiser, décider et fédérer a un impact direct sur la performance globale ? Un rôle central sur un contrat stratégique. Vous intervenez sur un nouveau contrat dédié au déploiement et aux services en coax, actuellement valorisé à 5 millions d'euros, avec une ambition claire : atteindre 7 millions d'euros et au-delà. Votre rôle est clé pour stabiliser, structurer et développer l'activité sur le long terme. Un poste concret, orienté action. En étroite collaboration avec le Country Manager, vous disposez d'un large périmètre d'action. Vous concevez et déployez des plans d'actions opérationnels afin de garantir la satisfaction de l'opérateur, la qualité des prestations et la pérennité du contrat. Un environnement humain et pragmatique. Vous évoluez dans une culture tournée vers les résultats et l'efficacité : équipes engagées, direction à l'écoute, échanges directs. Ici, les décisions se prennent vite et se traduisent en actions concrètes.

Responsabilités:

  • Pilotage global du projet et de sa rentabilité (P&L)
  • Analyse de l'activité, définition, mise en place et suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI)
  • Rôle d'interlocuteur principal de l'opérateur, anticipation des besoins et gestion des engagements contractuels
  • Prise de décisions rapides dans un environnement en évolution constante
  • Encadrement, animation et accompagnement des équipes internes (environ 20 collaborateurs) ainsi que coordination des sous-traitants
  • Déploiement de plans d'actions visant à améliorer la qualité des prestations et à soutenir le développement du projet
  • Garantie du respect des exigences réglementaires et des règles de sécurité sur l'ensemble du périmètre

Exigences:

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience
  • Maîtrise professionnelle du français et du néerlandais requise (échanges courants et présentation de résultats)
  • Une expérience dans les environnements fibre optique ou réseaux coaxiaux (FTTH, déploiement, raccordement, roll-out, last mile, extra mile, IHS, hybride fibre coaxial) constitue un atout
  • Compétences en animation d'équipes
  • Compétences en Fiber To The Home
  • Savoir-être: Ambition
  • Capacité à fédérer

Souhaitable:

Une expérience dans les environnements fibre optique ou réseaux coaxiaux (FTTH, déploiement, raccordement, roll-out, last mile, extra mile, IHS, hybride fibre coaxial) constitue un atout
