Description du poste:

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will manage transfer or industrialization projects in direct collaboration with the project manager. You will be responsible for supplier sourcing, localization, negotiation, and qualification, while ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, and quality requirements. You guarantee the purchasing performance of the project, from sourcing to the first industrial series.

Responsabilités:

  • Source and localize suppliers according to project needs, conduct initial visits, and prepare reports
  • Qualify suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and manage risks (financial, social, geopolitical)
  • Manage project procurement up to the first industrial series, optimize logistics and transport costs
  • Ensure supplier performance: quality, price, lead time, service, and contractual compliance
  • Lead local technical productivity improvement actions
  • Update purchasing data in the ERP and actively participate in project meetings

Exigences:

  • Minimum Bac+5, ideally an engineering degree in a technical field
  • More than 5 years of experience
  • Experience in project management and industrial purchasing
  • Proficiency in ERP, BI, purchasing portals, and MS Office
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills
  • Technical knowledge in plastics, electronics, mechanics
  • Fluent in French and English

Souhaitable:

  • Experience in cross-functional management and international industrial environments

  • Serve as Lead Buyer for various assigned categories of indirect purchases (goods and services), including sourcing, needs assessment, vendor consultation, negotiation, and contract management
  • Act as Lead Project Buyer for the Operations department (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, etc.), with responsibilities covering sourcing, needs assessment, consultation, negotiation, and contract management
  • Contribute to defining and implementing the site’s Indirect Purchasing strategy
  • Support and guide operational teams in adopting Best Purchasing Practices—from requirement definition to invoice approval—in alignment with established processes
  • Conduct technical and economic monitoring within the assigned purchasing scope
  • Track and optimize the performance of assigned purchasing categories using defined KPIs (savings delivered, contract coverage, compliance with PR/PO process, supplier performance, on-time submission of purchasing analysis), management tools, and reporting mechanisms
  • Strong commitment to compliance with procurement policies, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards
  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and anti-bribery regulations to maintain the highest ethical standards
  • Apply ethical supplier selection processes to promote transparency and fairness
  • Maintains thorough documentation and audit trails to support accountability and traceability
