Monaco Marine specializes in refit, repair, and maintenance of motor and sailing yachts from 10 to 180 meters. The Project Administrative Support role involves assisting Project Managers with administrative tasks, document control, invoicing, customs procedures, and project reporting within the yacht refit and repair industry.

Responsabilités

  • Assist Project Managers daily with the administrative part of their tasks
  • Receive and control documents transmitted by clients
  • Assist Project Managers in preparing quotes, creating projects, supplier purchase orders, commercial proposals, and customer invoices
  • Handle customs declarations for project entries/exits and onboardings
  • Manage waivers of recourse
  • Verify that documents requested from subcontractors are up to date
  • Monitor the management and invoicing of container rentals
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly project monitoring and reporting tools
  • Occasionally provide cover at reception, handling reception, telephone switchboard, and mail

Exigences

  • Bac to Bac+2 education
  • First experience as an administrative assistant
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
