The position focuses on CNC programming for industrial machining tasks, particularly in the aerospace sector. Key responsibilities include defining programming strategies, simulating CNC programs, and optimizing industrial processes while ensuring the performance and quality of operations.

Responsabilités

Define programming strategies and environments
Create and simulate CNC programs
Prepare documentation and instruction sheets related to programs
Store elements in the client's ERP (GPAO)
Validate programs through testing on industrial equipment before production
Optimize, update, and ensure performance of existing programs.

Exigences

At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
Familiarity with CATIA V5R27 Manufacturing, modules part-shape-product design, and machining
Competency with NC SIMUL 2023
Knowledge of SAP, WinMerge, Tkdiff, Examdiff (optional)
Good communication skills and team spirit
Ability to develop machining strategies and simulate machining processes
Technical expertise in hard materials (e.g., stainless steel, titanium, and inconel)
Experience with complex 3D aeronautical parts
Knowledge of forming techniques, including forging and casting
Proficiency in cutting tools, such as milling cutters, face mills, drills, and inserts
Understanding of 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines (e.g., Juaristi, MCM, MTorres, SNK, HSC, FMS)
Skills with NUM, SIEMENS, and FANUC programming languages
Familiarity with probing operations using Renishaw
Experience with machining operations like milling, contouring, surfacing, facing, boring, reaming, and drilling
Ability to perform machine axis control (optional)
Graduate of BTS, IUT, or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field.

Souhaitable

Knowledge of SAP, WinMerge, Tkdiff, Examdiff
Experience performing machine axis control.
