Responsabilités:

  • Vous pilotez la livraison de projets digitaux complexes en assurant la qualité, la satisfaction client et l’alignement stratégique, tout en jouant un rôle de référent au sein de l’équipe Valtech et en accompagnant les clients dans leur transformation digitale
  • Gestion de projet et delivery: Assurer la responsabilité globale du delivery de solutions digitales (plateformes, applications, etc.) de haute qualité
  • Orchestrer plusieurs flux de projets simultanés, assurer le suivi des plannings, des jalons, du budget et des ressources, tout en garantissant la maîtrise des risques et de la qualité des livrables
  • Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet, en combinant méthodes traditionnelles et agiles
  • Assurer le reporting régulier auprès des équipes internes, du client (Comité de Direction) et du Responsable de Compte
  • Être garant des processus de livraison, intervenir sur les aspects organisationnels et techniques pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement
  • Relation client & stratégie: Cultiver une relation de confiance avec les clients, assurer leur satisfaction et être garant de la qualité de la relation
  • Recueillir les besoins, challenger les organisations / processus et proposer des solutions adaptées dans une logique d’amélioration continue
  • Participer activement aux réponses commerciales (RFP, RFI, soutenances, présentations) et à la définition de la stratégie de développement du compte en collaboration avec le responsable de compte
  • Leadership & coordination: Encadrer opérationnellement les équipes projet dans un contexte multiculturel, en promouvant l’esprit « One Valtech »
  • Soutenir le Head of Delivery dans le mentorat des chefs de projet, partager les bonnes pratiques, outils et modèles et contribuer à leur montée en compétences
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes (équipes Valtech, prestataires, clients)
  • Vision & transformation: Collaborer avec les clients sur des sujets stratégiques tels que la transformation digitale, organisationnelle ou business, en partenariat avec les experts internes
  • Identifier les écarts entre les projets et les objectifs stratégiques du client, et proposer des plans d’action correctifs
  • Soutenir les initiatives clients liées aux données et à l’intelligence artificielle

Exigences:

  • Formation ingénieur ou équivalent
  • +10 ans d’expérience dont 2 ans dans des contextes similaires (agence digitale, compte international, etc.)
  • Maitrise des différentes phases de réalisation d’un projet digital de la phase de conception à la mise en production
  • Expérience de l’avant-vente aussi bien en coordination, qu’en préparation de deck, soutenance et pitch client qu’en élaboration de planning et budget
  • Expérience e-Commerce que ce soit dans les étapes amont de la création et l’enrichissement de cette information produit : PLM, MDM, PIM (Akeneo, Salsify, etc.), DAM (Adobe, Aprimo, Bynder, Keepeek,..) ou dans les étapes aval de distribution de cette information : CMS orientés composants (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, etc.), plateformes e-commerce (SFCC, commercetools, etc.), marketplace, canaux de distribution, merchandising, promotions, etc.
  • Travailler en équipe et fédérer les différents intervenants autour d’un objectif commun
  • Être force de proposition, vous êtes en mesure de gérer des situations complexes et d’apporter des solutions concrètes et adaptées à vos clients. Pédagogue, vous êtes capable de construire une relation de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs
  • Une capacité à prendre / à porter des sujets techniques, en collaboration avec d’autres profils experts techniques, marketing, métiers et partenaires
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international et multiculturel (onsite / nearshore / offshore)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et orale en français et en anglais - niveaux C1 exigés), en reporting et en coordination
  • Maitrise de Jira, Confluence, Invision, Miro (ou leurs équivalents)
  • Excellente maîtrise de la gestion de projet classique et agile (Scrum et/ou Kanban)

  • Be accountable for the development management related governance, planning, risks and opportunities management, escalation and coordination of Multi Functional Teams in charge of developing and delivering the solutions with a global supply chain
  • Be accountable to manage the OP (Operational Plan) and Resources Plan (skills and competencies) for the given changes
  • Be responsible to translate stakeholder expectations into clear operational inputs for the multi-functional teams to allow them to work on the best solutions for the customer (internal or external) and the program objectives
  • Lead MFT (multidisciplinary or multifunctional teams) through all phases of development and according to processes
