Description du poste:

Professionnel de l'audit interne et de risque d'entreprise (BR&AF) bilingue chez Randstad Global. The role involves providing assurance and recommendations on Randstad Group’s (risk) management, control and governance practices, conducting audits, special investigations, and assignments worldwide. The position requires travel estimated at about 20% to 30% of the job.

Responsabilités:

perform and assist internal audit projects and internal control evaluation related to operational and administrative processes
participate in risk assessments and assist in audit planning and scoping
evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls in mitigating identified risks
execute assigned audits and reviews for operational and administrative processes and controls therein
participate in audit interviews, be accountable to prepare audit workpapers and reporting
support and monitor the follow-up implementation of corrective actions by management
act as a recourse for colleagues with less expertise

Exigences:

minimum 5 years of relevant internal auditing experience
minimum master’s degree in business or economics and related accreditation (e.g. RA/RO/CPA/CIA), or at least in progress of obtaining one
level BEC B1/B2 or higher Business English and French
strong independent mindset
experience in international stakeholder management & change
innovative thinker that challenges the status quo
experience with excel in risk & audit methodologies & tools and internal control theories
agile and flexible working style and passion to get the job done
eager for on the job learning & (personal) development
proven track record in control design & implementation, risk-based auditing and reporting
experience in performing integrated audits working with changing teams
specialized depth and breadth of expertise in business and administrative process risk analysis
experience with data driven analysis
