At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience in an IT services company (ESN) and/or in project management with contractual commitments to meet, particularly budgetary ones

Ability to maintain good relationships with team members and obtain their feedback to make the best decisions
Ability to motivate team members so that they give their best

Responsabilités

Ensure the smooth running of the projects assigned to you, autonomously and with the support of the Program Director when required
Ensure that commitments made to the client are respected (quality, budget and deadlines in particular), and implement action plans in case of risk
Manage team members, support them in their professional development and their well-being at work
Manage the relationship with the client and chair steering committees, maintaining a relationship of trust and collaboration
Participate in pre-sales and the launch of new innovative projects

Diplômé(e) d'une école d'Ingénieurs ou équivalent
expérience de 8 ans minimum en cybersécurité
