Exigences

10+ years experience with IT endpoint management
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager & Intune), SCCM including deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management
Experience with 1E solutions (e.g., 1E Tachyon & Nomad) for endpoint automation, content distribution, and real-time remediation
Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
3+ years plus experience in a leadership role leading technical teams in a service delivery or operations environment
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

Lead and manage the Configuration Manager & Intune professional services team through operational team leaders
Lead and manage the Application Packaging team for the packaging of Windows and Apple products
Oversee and coordinate technical solution and engineering teams to ensure delivery meets contractual obligations
Own day-to-day operations of the EPM team, including managing processes, programs, and initiatives, and driving successful program execution
Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Proactively identify potential risks or issues, drive timely resolutions, and implement continuous improvement plans to prevent customer impact
Ensure end-to-end delivery costs align with or outperform the approved deal model
Make recommendations on hiring, staffing, and retention to build a diverse, high-performing workforce
Provide accurate and timely reporting on complex metrics to all relevant stakeholders
Identify opportunities for service growth, innovation, and process optimization

Exigences

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience in an IT services company (ESN) and/or in project management with contractual commitments to meet, particularly budgetary ones
Ability to rely on the right people within the team, with the right level of trust and control, to move the project forward correctly
Ability to maintain good relationships with team members and obtain their feedback to make the best decisions
Ability to motivate team members so that they give their best

Responsabilités

Ensure the smooth running of the projects assigned to you, autonomously and with the support of the Program Director when required
Ensure that commitments made to the client are respected (quality, budget and deadlines in particular), and implement action plans in case of risk
Manage team members, support them in their professional development and their well-being at work
Manage the relationship with the client and chair steering committees, maintaining a relationship of trust and collaboration
Participate in pre-sales and the launch of new innovative projects
