Description du poste:

Au sein de la Division Cyber de Sopra Steria, vous rejoindrez le Value Center Managed Detection and Response (MDR), sous la direction d'Alexandre Cabrol. Vous jouerez un rôle central en tant que Professional Services Manager, garantissant l'apport de solutions cybersécurité à forte valeur ajoutée pour nos clients majeurs. Vous assurerez une collaboration étroite avec les clients, devenant leur interlocuteur privilégié et incontournable dans le domaine de la cybersécurité.

Responsabilités:

  • Accompagnement stratégique des clients
  • coordination des solutions de sécurité
  • fourniture d'expertise technique
  • participation à des missions d’avant-vente et d’après-vente
  • pilotage des projets clients
  • gestion des escalades et plan d’action
  • formation et accompagnement des équipes
  • suivi économique des projets et offres clients
  • innovation et amélioration continue

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) d'une école d'Ingénieurs ou équivalent
  • expérience de 8 ans minimum en cybersécurité
  • expertise solide dans les relations clients et la gestion de projets complexes
  • maîtrise des environnements SOC et concepts de cybersécurité (prévention, protection, détection, réponse à incident)
  • connaissance des référentiels et frameworks comme MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 2700x
  • expérience dans la gestion des vulnérabilités, Threat Intelligence et solutions d'investigation
  • compétences en gestion de projet et coordination de services complexes
  • aptitude à synthétiser des problématiques complexes et formuler des recommandations claires et actionnables

Souhaitable:

  • Compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, en français et en anglais
  • orientation client et proactivité
  • aptitude à anticiper les besoins
