Exigences

Curious and open to new technologies and solutions in Facility Management

Responsabilités

Manage FM services for each site regarding safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvements to ensure a safe and operational environment
Coordinate operational tasks related to internal work and work performed by external FM suppliers (including quality control and compliance with internal/external regulations and local authorities)
Coordinate and conduct internal maintenance and general services checks and participate in internal and external audits/certifications
Coordinate and produce relevant FM reports
Contribute to the tender process for new/potential FM service providers by assisting suppliers during site visits
Contribute to defining objectives, estimating FM budget, and the unit's annual Business Plan
Contribute to cost control by working simply, rationally, and cost-consciously, encouraging employees and suppliers to discover more efficient working methods in the FM sector
Provide technical expertise and support in daily operations and projects related to the FM service model
Lead projects managed by the FM function and contribute to projects led by other functions, such as major construction projects, asset management activities, local reconstructions, and technical documentation management
