Description du poste:

Collaborator passionate about sales and sustainability, who wants to participate in giving a second chance to slightly damaged or used products in an exhibition. Working in the Bon Filon department to identify best solutions for reusing returned furniture or displaying them.

Responsabilités:

Approach customers to identify their needs and advise on best solutions
Work with returns team to identify best way to reuse returned products
Assemble display furniture and present products using strong commercial sense
Minimize costs from internal use of IKEA products and damages
Collaborate with other store departments to optimize sales
Create extraordinary IKEA shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction

Exigences:

Passion for sales and sustainability
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to work well under pressure
Entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented
Strong customer orientation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in team and individually
High energy and motivation
Openness to change and flexibility
Good computer skills
Fluency in local language
Knowledge of English
