Product Owner

• Manage product backlog: feed, prioritize, and maintain it considering business commitments and needs
• Define, write, and validate EPICs and user stories ensuring team understanding
• Ensure clarity, transparency, and visibility of the backlog for all stakeholders
• Ensure respect for quality criteria and Definition of Ready for backlog items
• Collaborate with the Build team: guide Agile team members in understanding product goals and requirements
• Be available to clarify requests and priorities during development
• Actively organize Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily, sprint review, retrospective)
• Validate delivered increments and ensure final product quality
• Communication and coordination: Provide regular visibility on work progress to stakeholders
• Ensure coordination with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales)
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and propose improvement axes
• Present products at commercial events in Europe (one or two per year)

• BAC+5 education
• 5 years successful experience as a Product Owner
• Knowledge of the nautical industry (to understand B2B2C client needs)
• Mastery of technical aspects related to application development (databases, API, infrastructure)
• Proficiency with project management software (Jira, ADO)
• Proficiency with analysis tools (Power Query, Power BI, Excel)
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma)
• Organizational skills
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (technical, business)
• Mastery of English is essential
