Product Owner Confirmé - Transport ferroviaire

• Intervene with client Product teams
• Embody Product culture and implement it operationally
• Guide the client in improving their practices
• Act as intermediary between business issues, technology, design, and analytics to design high-performing products and MVPs in B2B, B2B2C and B2C contexts
• Define client needs through scoping and product design phases
• Monitor roadmap implementation
• Develop, maintain and prioritize the backlog
• Be the main point of contact for all stakeholders
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria following workshops conducted with the business
• Test developments or assist the client in testing
• Participate in change management and deployment of developed solutions and products to promote adoption and ensure added value
• Participate in defining acquisition and digital marketing strategies

• BAC + 5 formation
• Minimum 4 years of experience in this type of position
• Excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability
• Dynamic, curious, rigorous with great adaptability
• Strong interest in technological innovation, development of new digital uses, and APIfication of service offerings
• Experience with one or more agile methodologies
• Experience in the transport sector (nice to have)
