CS, a subsidiary of Sopra Steria Group, is recognized for its expertise in critical systems for sectors such as Defense, Industry, Space, Cybersecurity, and AI. As part of the INDUSTRIE Business Unit, the company offers solutions in data engineering, digital transformations, numerical simulations, embedded software development, and system security. The role of Product Owner / Business Analyst involves supporting clients in digital transformation projects, bridging the gap between business teams and technical teams, and delivering high-value solutions.

Responsabilités:

Gather and analyze business needs
write functional specifications and user stories
provide level 2/3 application support to users
prioritize the product backlog and conduct scoping workshops
participate in testing and functional validation stages
collaborate with development teams and stakeholders
contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Exigences:

Experience confirmed of 4 years minimum in business analysis, application support, and product management
experience in the industrial sector
proficiency with backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence
knowledge of ITIL processes
ability to perform functional analysis, write clear specifications, and prioritize needs in a backlog
experience facilitating workshops with business teams
familiarity with Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies
notions of SQL or data analysis as a plus
certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL Foundation, PSPO, AgilePM, or ISTQB are preferred.
