Exigences

Terminer un diplôme bac + 4/5 de type Master en école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en Product Management, transformation digitale ou IA
Intérêt marqué pour les pratiques agiles, le design thinking, et les technologies IA
Connaissance ou curiosité pour le prototypage rapide, le no-code/low-code, et les environnements collaboratifs (Miro, Figma, Power Apps…)
Appétence pour la communication claire et engageante, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
Capacité à analyser des processus, à proposer des améliorations concrètes, et à travailler en équipe dans un environnement complexe
Anglais et français courant

Responsabilités

Transformation des Pratiques PO & équipes IA: Identifier les opportunités d’intégration de l’IA dans les workflows
Co-animer des sessions de prototypage collaboratif rapide avec les équipes produit et techniques
Participer à la gestion du backlog de la plateforme IA
Proposer un cadre de transformation des pratiques PO et projet IA
Site et contenus de formation sur la plateforme IA: Faciliter la mise à jour et l’enrichissement du site et des contenus de formation
Intégrer les apports de l’IA et les retours utilisateurs

Responsabilités

Gérer les aspects liés au règlement des frais d'emballage (Packaging Fee Settlement = PFS) : facturation, recalculs et avoirs
garantir le respect des cycles mensuels et la qualité des données
Assurer la liaison directe avec les clients concernant les aspects PFS
fournir des informations sur l'état d'avancement, clarifier les calculs et coordonner les actions correctives
Exécuter les processus récurrents (déclencheurs de facturation mensuels, contrôles d'inventaire négatifs, chargements spécifiques, etc.)
surveiller leur bon fonctionnement et les exceptions
