The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Product Change Leader (PCL) to join our Configuration Management Program team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the product development teams as well as a multi-function team who will support you in the execution of your mandates. You will be part of the Configuration Management Program whose mission is to ensure configuration management across the entire company and is responsible for change management projects.

Responsabilités:

  • Lead projects from launch to implementation in production and service, through all its phases (development, detailed design, parts manufacturing and industrialization)
  • Lead aircraft configuration in an MFT (Integrated Work Team) approach
  • Be responsible for achieving milestones in accordance with program requirements in terms of schedule, cost (NRC and RC), quality, resources and scope
  • Demonstrate leadership by inspiring and motivating multi-disciplinary teams
  • Plan and manage the timelines between opening and closing a change request
  • Ensure inputs for resolution of contract updates and business issues through procurement teams
  • Represent the Program Management Office in multiple internal decision-making forums for program strategy
  • Anticipate crises or disruptions and take necessary recovery actions
  • Implement a robust risk and opportunity management system
  • Ensure consistent decision-making at the highest level and escalate issues if necessary
  • Prepare and present changes to various decision-making forums and governance

Exigences:

  • Licence or diploma in management/engineering, or 15 years of equivalent experience (PMP is an asset)
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in product development
  • High level of leadership and influence
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite and Planisware (an asset)
  • Good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Open-mindedness and a great ability to work in a team
  • Sense of organization, autonomy and perseverance
  • Bilingual (spoken and written) in French and English

  • Ensure coverage of the three technical specialties: Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Psychosociology
  • Define and implement the HSE Management System (Health, Safety, and Environment) at the Riells Industrial Site to foster a preventive culture and continuous improvement, aiming to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, and minimize the environmental impact of site activities
  • Perform the duties of a Prevention Technician in accordance with Royal Decree 39/1997
  • Investigate HSE incidents and accidents, including environmental ones
  • Define and monitor corrective and preventive action plans
  • Define PPE requirements for each job position and ensure their availability for all site employees
  • Define and ensure compliance with the training and information plan for all Riells employees to guarantee they have the necessary knowledge in occupational risk prevention
  • Act as the HSE contact person for the Safety and Health Committee and may be a member of this committee
  • Define and implement the Emergency Plan and procedures for action in case of occupational or environmental accidents
  • Act as the Emergency Manager and Crisis Management Coordinator
