Tu veux apprendre vite, toucher à tout, et avoir un impact concret ? Rejoins Bicytrust une jeune startup pour un stage de 6 mois en Product. Tu développeras tes compétences de Discovery et de Delivery, avec une forte dimension “builder” : prototypage, implémentation et mesure d’impact, au contact direct des utilisateurs et de l’équipe.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer des projets de bout en bout, de la discovery à la delivery
  • Concevoir et mettre en place des POC pour valider rapidement des hypothèses
  • Relier les prototypes aux applications/processus internes et les faire passer du POC à la prod quand c’est pertinent
  • Définir les KPIs, suivre l’impact et proposer des améliorations basées sur les données
  • Travailler avec l’équipe et nos partenaires, documenter simplement, faire des démos et assumer l’ownership des fonctionnalités
  • Recueillir les besoins, concevoir et tester des fonctionnalités avec des outils low‑code (N8N) et des agents IA
  • Co‑construire des dashboards BI (PostHog & Metabase) exploitant nos données (clients, usage, sinistres, partenariats)
  • Détecter des tendances, produire des insights, mesurer l’impact des fonctionnalités et accélérer la prise de décision
  • Explorer des outils data, IA et web, et proposer des idées simples à tester rapidement pour répondre aux besoins de nos magasins et de nos clients

Exigences

  • Étudiant M2 (école d’ingé ou université), spécialisation data/informatique/product idéalement
  • Appétence technique et goût pour la résolution de problèmes
  • Notions en SQL (requêtes, lecture de schémas)
  • Connaissances web (React/TypeScript = bonus)
  • Intérêt marqué pour les LLM et leurs applications concrètes
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’initiative, esprit d’équipe
  • Bonne communication écrite et orale
