Exigences

Student in graphic design, motion design, audiovisual or equivalent training (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
Mastery of the basics of video capture and comfortable with the use of equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting)
Have already carried out projects in video, motion design and graphic design (personal, school or professional) that can be presented in a portfolio
Comfortable with Premiere Pro and After Effects
Knowledge of Figma and the rest of the Adobe suite is a plus
Creative, curious and with a good visual culture
Attentive ear to sound design and good sense of narrative rhythm
Rigorous, autonomous, and know how to manage your time and the progress of your projects
Comfortable in a collaborative environment, where exchange and feedback are part of the process
Able to communicate in English, orally and in writing, in an international context

Responsabilités

Conceive and produce short videos for marketing campaigns and social media (Google Ads, Linkedin, etc.)
Film internal and external events (conferences, trade shows, seminars, offsites...)
Conduct interviews with customers and team members
Create advertising videos for marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social networks, etc.)
Produce motion design videos to highlight the features of our products
Ensure creative and technological monitoring, particularly around video, motion design, graphic design and AI, and share relevant uses with the team
Design and adapt visuals for acquisition campaigns (ads, social media)
Produce illustrations to highlight product features
Create infographics for the blog and editorial content
Participate in the creation of internal communication supports

Responsabilités

Participate in recruitment, support, follow-up, planning and contract management of trainers
Distribute, retrieve and classify educational documents
Organize defenses and retrieve grades (distribution, management of transcripts)
Transmit satisfaction surveys, process results in the dedicated application and produce a quantitative and qualitative analysis
Daily contact with learners/delegates to identify their needs and difficulties
Manage preparation for start of academic year, organize delegate elections, pedagogical meetings and improvement councils
Ensure, in conjunction with the company relations department, that work-study follow-up appointments are carried out and recorded on our pedagogical monitoring tool
Implement improvement measures under N+1 supervision
Organize assessments, defenses and resits for learners and juries

You hold a Bachelor's degree or a College Technical degree in Engineering, Aerospace or equivalent, plus a relevant experience in aerospace or related industry, design (composites and metallic) and manufacturing

Responsabilités

Produce concepts and 3D models, approve detail parts, structure and system installations and support external collaborating companies
Produce impact statements for changes relative to your function
Master project management for changes for which your team will be the prime contractor
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capability guidelines
Define, interpret and validate tests
Provide technical or risk analysis for the repair/acceptance of damaged structures or structures that are different from engineering specifications
Communicate and arbitrate between various functions such as stress analysis, systems, manufacturing, structural suppliers, Program office, logistics and quality to develop new designs and resolve issues
Manage your priorities, ensure adherence to change management plans and implement recovery plans to ensure deadlines are met
Work towards reducing non-quality, root cause analysis and improving efficiency within your sector and across the company
