Nous recherchons un(e) Producer Confirmé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de production. Vous serez rattaché(e) à Laura, Team Lead Production, et intégrerez une équipe dédiée à la création de contenus photo et vidéo pour nos clients.

Responsabilités:

  • Organisation et coordination des tournages
  • Organiser et coordonner les tournages photo/vidéo chez nos clients (PME, ETI, grands groupes)
  • Gérer la logistique des tournages : repérages, plannings, coordination des équipes
  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel de A à Z : de la préparation à la livraison des contenus
  • Garantir le respect des délais et la qualité des livrables
  • Coordination des freelances
  • Briefer les freelances (photographes, vidéastes) sur les attentes et spécificités de chaque tournage
  • Suivre le travail des équipes techniques et garantir la cohérence avec nos standards

Exigences:

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en production audiovisuelle, coordination de projets vidéo ou en agence
  • Bonne connaissance du process de production vidéo (pré-production, tournage, post-production)
  • Première expérience en gestion de projet et coordination d’équipes
  • Sensibilité éditoriale et culture audiovisuelle
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle de manière organisée
  • Rigueur et organisation, vous savez prioriser et respecter les deadlines
  • Adaptabilité, vous savez vous ajuster face aux imprévus
  • Bonne communication écrite et orale en anglais
