Manage multifunctional process improvement and integration projects (project management lifecycle)
Analyze causes of inefficiency and/or process failures, operational risks, and potential impacts
Perform “Go and See” actions across the company to understand the situation
Work in a multifunctional team to draft and test potential process solutions and its control plans
Make recommendations and reinforce requirements from different sources to contribute to decision making
Facilitate process mapping, document drafting, and change management planning and execution
Manage the authorization flow and publication of documentation
Ensure the quality of work across projects
