We are hiring for two levels of the same function. Both roles sit within the Manufacturing team and focus on process analysis, optimisation, and continuous improvement. The key differentiator is scope: the Analyst II focuses on operational process improvement and standardisation on the floor, while the Analyst III acts as the functional owner of manufacturing processes within the ERP and leads the transition to a new ERP version. Candidates will be assessed and placed at the appropriate level based on experience.

Responsabilités

Understand, analyse and document standard manufacturing execution processes
Identify root causes of inefficiencies and variability
Identify and lead process improvement opportunities using structured methods (Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving)
Validate improvements with production teams and ensure sustainable adoption
Ensure processes and tools simplify work, not add administrative burden
Support training, change management and process documentation
Capture feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
Contribute to putting in place a Lean operating system to drive continuous improvement and process control
Act as the functional authority for manufacturing execution processes within the ERP (Analyst III)
Challenge legacy practices and validate whether they remain relevant in the new ERP version (Analyst III)
Analyse existing Oracle R12 manufacturing configurations, setups, and custom behaviours (CEMLI) (Analyst III)
Identify which processes should be retained, simplified, standardised or retired (Analyst III)
Define target-state manufacturing processes aligned with Oracle Fusion standard capabilities (Analyst III)
Prevent unnecessary customisation by favouring process adaptation over system modification (Analyst III)
Serve as the Manufacturing representative in the ERP upgrade program (Analyst III)
Translate manufacturing requirements into functional specifications for IT and system integrators (Analyst III)
Support functional testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure readiness for production deployment (Analyst III)
Validate end-to-end process integration across ERP, MES, PLM, and data platforms (Analyst III)
Ensure ERP processes are correctly positioned within the broader digital manufacturing architecture (Analyst III)
Support manufacturing stakeholders during the transition to the new ERP version (Analyst III)

Exigences

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Analyst II) or 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (Analyst III)
Proven experience in process standardisation and optimisation
Strong continuous improvement mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate operational reality into clear, standard processes
Comfortable working between operations, engineering, and IT
Pragmatic, fact-based, and outcome-oriented
Able to challenge legacy practices constructively
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines autonomously
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Fluency in French required
English proficiency is also required
Experience with an ERP in a manufacturing operations context (Analyst III)
Experience in a context of ERP transformation, implementation or upgrade (Analyst III)
Excellent facilitation and change management skills (Analyst III)
Capacity to operate in a complex, transforming environment (Analyst III)
Capacity to collaborate effectively with business teams, IT, and key stakeholders (Analyst III)

Souhaitable

Knowledge of Lean principles (Six Sigma certification an asset) (Analyst II)
Experience working with ERP / MES from a business usage perspective (Analyst II)
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Analyst II)
Experience with data, coding and scripting (Python / Java / SQL / VBA) and Microsoft cloud services (Fabric) (Analyst II)
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate (Analyst II)
Experience in digitalisation (Analyst II)
Hands-on experience with Oracle Manufacturing (Oracle R12 or Oracle Fusion) (Analyst III)
Understanding of manufacturing concepts: work orders, routings, operations, material transactions, WIP, MBOM (Analyst III)
Understanding of manufacturing master and transactional data (Analyst III)
Understanding of ERP vs MES vs PLM responsibilities and boundaries (Analyst III)
Experience in environments where ERP supports planning and core transactions and MES supports execution and traceability (Analyst III)
Experience contributing to functional design workshops, fit-gap analysis, SIT/UAT in an ERP context (Analyst III)
Experience contributing to enterprise data governance discussions (Analyst III)
Awareness of data usage downstream (analytics, reports, performance indicators) (Analyst III)
