Bac+5 (Master's degree) or equivalent higher education
At least 8 years of experience in project management
Experience in a software integration context
Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders (project managers, management assistants, controllers, agency directors)
Comfortable with multi-activity mode (coaching, financial data analysis, KPI monitoring, troubleshooting, alerting management)
Experience in a PLM context (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, Windchill, ARAS) is appreciated

Responsabilités

Secure and optimize the performance of agency projects (Cost, Quality, Time)
Deploy and optimize CIMPA and group Pre-sales and Project Management Processes, Methods, and Tools
Provide proximity support to project managers
Monitor the correct application of CIMPA and group rules to achieve required Quality and Security certification levels (EN9100, etc.)
Share feedback to optimize production models
Secure project performance through good risk and opportunity management
Animate the community of project managers in the agency
Provide project elements to ensure the agency's financial milestones (closure/V2) and ensure reporting to the Agency Director

Responsabilités

Gérer un ou plusieurs projets pour des clients, ou un projet important en termes de volume et budget

Superviser les différentes phases du projet, des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques à la mise en production
Animer, motiver et obtenir l’adhésion de l’équipe projet
Garantir la rentabilité financière du projet sous le contrôle du Directeur de Projet
Vérifier l’adéquation de la solution Inetum aux besoins des clients
Planifier le projet et gérer les risques
Prendre en charge le projet, de la réalisation à la réception utilisateur et à son déploiement
Piloter le projet en organisant, coordonnant et animant l’équipe projet
Livrer le projet au niveau de qualité attendu par le client
