Planning, Scheduling & Intraday Manager position at IKEA responsible for implementing global workforce planning strategy, optimizing employee availability, balancing business needs, and leading a team of specialists

Responsabilités:

Implement and adapt global workforce planning strategy to optimize employee availability while balancing business needs and local employee needs
Achieve national health and inclusion objectives by adapting and implementing global best practices
Ensure compliance with IKEA employment standards, local legislation and union requirements
Ensure close collaboration with sales and solutions teams to guarantee adequate planning and intraday initiatives that balance business and customer needs
Lead, mentor and develop a team of specialists, promoting individual growth and ensuring a high-performing team

Exigences:

Professional, financial management or equivalent qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as workforce/performance manager/operations manager
At least 5 years of experience in customer experience or customer service in a large organization
