En tant que gestionnaire planning, vous rejoignez un département de production au sein de l'entreprise. Le service fait face à des absences simultanées (congé estival du responsable de production et opération de son adjoint), ce qui rend l'activité particulièrement dense. Pour cette raison, nous recherchons un renfort expérimenté qui pourrait, si il convient, intégrer la société définitivement.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la continuité et l'optimisation de l'activité de production
  • Établir et gérer le planning d'une cinquantaine de travailleurs affectés à des productions variées
  • Assurer un support administratif important, l'encodage des commandes et des données dans le logiciel ERP, ainsi que le suivi quotidien de la production
  • Contribuer à l'organisation générale et se rendre de temps en temps en salle blanche pour apporter son soutien aux collègues et vérifier le bon déroulement des opérations

  • Profil de type chef d'équipe avec compétence administrative avérée et très bonne maîtrise de la planification
  • première expérience dans une fonction similaire ou master en gestion de production réalisé en alternance
