Responsabilités:

Actively participate in documenting general and specific operational procedures for various roles
Serve as the technical reference for the team
Support the Service Manager
Participate in the control, management, and optimization of the daily batch, diagnosing cancellations and resolving them

Exigences:

Experience in documenting processes and 24x7 scheduling services
French proficiency (C1)
Experience in scheduling and using M-control in mainframe/zOs environments
Experience in JCL and/or Cobol
Knowledge of control and monitoring tools like Ekara and Dynatrace or similar
