As a Hospital Pharmacist (F/M), you will work in an institution dedicated to the care of elderly individuals. Responsibilities include ensuring the safe dispensing of medications, supervising staff, managing pharmaceutical stocks, collaborating with medical teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The job offers a work-life balance with 2 days per week.

Responsabilités:

Ensure the safe and appropriate dispensing of medications to patients
Supervise and train assistant staff on pharmaceutical procedures
Collaborate with medical teams to optimize medication treatments for residents
Manage medication stock and supply while ensuring adequacy
Ensure compliance of pharmaceutical practices with current regulations

Exigences:

Minimum of two years of experience
Mastery of pharmaceutical protocols in a hospital setting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for medical issues
State Diploma of Doctor of Pharmacy required
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational skills and rigor in pharmaceutical stock management
