Notre client : Une fédération d'entreprises représentative au niveau national. En tant que véritable bras droit d'un membre de la direction, tu assures une gestion administrative et organisationnelle de haut niveau. Tu ne te contentes pas de suivre l'agenda : tu l'anticipes et tu le structures pour maximiser l'efficacité de ton responsable.

Responsabilités

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Committee (Managing Director, General Director and Chief Operating Officer): manage agendas and mailboxes, archive and digitize documents, handle phone calls
  • Support the General Director — also Executive Manager of the Employment & Social Security competence center — by optimally coordinating activities within the competence center
  • Ensure follow-up of decisions and deadlines
  • Maintain excellent contacts with colleagues and external contacts
  • Participate in drafting, proofreading and formatting texts and presentations
  • Contribute to the preparation of dossiers, tracking of publications and distribution of documents
  • Organize meetings of the Social Affairs Commission and ensure smooth administrative and logistical preparation and follow-up

Exigences

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function, particularly in administration, communication, managerial support or legal research
  • Proficiency in Dutch or French and good knowledge of the other language
  • Good command of MS Office and ideally SharePoint
  • Comfortable with new IT tools
  • Experience with AI tools or willingness to learn
  • Eager to learn, efficient, organized and able to prioritize
  • Professional communication with discretion
  • Works autonomously and in a team
  • Positive, proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • plan and organize his/her business trips (mainly in Europe, North America and Asia) and manage associated expense reports
  • organize high-level meetings with Airbus and/or suppliers, in close collaboration with our supplier relationship managers (strategic meetings, management meetings, air shows, etc.)
  • support internal communications: organization of Team Boosters/team workshops, meetings, events
  • ensure coordination with the central OM team (n-1)
  • manage department Click'n Buy orders for subcontracting, events, office supplies... and liaise with facility management if necessary
  • contribute to support activities such as health and safety management, local team well-being
