Au sein du service People and Culture, au poste de People and Culture Manager, vous aurez pour mission de gérer une équipe, apporter une expertise en droit du travail, manager l'expérience employé et superviser la gestion des temps et activités dans un établissement hôtelier de luxe saisonnier.

Responsabilités:

  • Gestion d’une équipe People & Culture
  • Former, inspirer l’équipe en apportant support et coaching
  • Apporter une expertise en droit du travail français
  • Connaissance de la Convention Hôtellerie et Restauration
  • Résolution de conflits en apportant de l’objectivité
  • Manager l’expérience “ employé “ du recrutement, la gestion de l’administratif, la formation aux documents de solde de tout compte
  • Gestion de la saisonnalité
  • Supervision de la gestion des temps et des activités
  • Travailler harmonieusement avec les équipes du domaine tout en préservant la confidentialité du service People & Culture

Exigences:

  • Français, Anglais est un plus
  • Excellente connaissance de la législation française du travail
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en relations interpersonnelles
  • Gestion de plusieurs tâches dans un environnement saisonnier
  • Etre proactif, créatif et aimant travailler en équipe
  • Expérience préalable de minimum 5 ans en Ressources Humaines
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et organisationnelles
  • Expérience significative dans l’hôtellerie de luxe
  • Savoir travailler dans un établissement saisonnier et dans le respect des standards de qualité de l’hôtel
  • Personne sérieuse, présentant un grand professionnalisme et un grand savoir-être
  • Motivation et dynamisme

  • Maintain accurate records related to housing occupancy, maintenance, inspections, and employee movements
  • Manage the full inventory of furniture, appliances, and equipment, ensuring items are well‑maintained and replaced when necessary
  • Manage and streamline the check‑in process for new employees
  • Ensure each new arrival receives a warm welcome, Welcome Pack, Housing Guide, transportation timetable, local area map, and a tour of communal facilities
  • Coordinate room assignments and ensure accommodations are prepared prior to arrival
  • Conduct daily rounds and regular audits of all housing facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations
  • Liaise with maintenance teams, contractors, cleaners, and security personnel to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Monitor fire & life safety systems and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly
  • Work closely with the contracted cleaning company to ensure high housekeeping standards in both public and private areas
