Dans notre équipe parisienne, tu apportes motivation, esprit d’équipe et sens pratique.

Responsabilités:

  • Gérer les activités liées aux commandes pour BACHMANN France (France et Luxembourg)
  • Être le premier point de contact pour nos clients et partenaires
  • Suivre le processus de commande – de la saisie à la livraison
  • Mettre à jour les données clients dans Microsoft Dynamics et CRM
  • Assurer une communication fluide et un service irréprochable
  • Communiquer en anglais avec les services de support et des collègues des autres filiales

Exigences:

  • Formation en administration de vente ou vente, ou diplôme équivalent (minimum BTS)
  • Expérience en gestion des commandes ou en back-office
  • Sens du service client et bonnes compétences en communication
  • Organisé(e), proactif(ve) et à l’aise dans le travail en équipe
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, au bureau de Paris et parfois en télétravail
  • Bonne maîtrise de MS Office
  • Français courant et anglais intermédiaire (niveau B1 minimum)
  • Tu habites en région parisienne

Souhaitable:
