Description du poste:

DentalMonitoring, scale-up de la MedTech en plein développement, recherche de nouveaux talents pour renforcer ses équipes. Poste au sein de la R&D s’adressant à un·e Ingénieur·e en Optimisation d’au moins 6 ans d’expérience dans ce domaine et ayant déjà endossé un rôle de Lead.

Responsabilités:

  • Analyser les besoins cliniques et produits afin d’orienter les choix d’optimisation
  • Optimiser les modèles et pipelines utilisant des métaheuristiques (performance, robustesse, coûts, latence, passage à l’échelle)
  • Piloter la validation des modèles et leur mise en production
  • Proposer et expérimenter de nouvelles approches d’optimisation
  • Encadrer techniquement les équipes projet et garantir les bonnes pratiques
  • Contribuer aux décisions techniques et au suivi des projets
  • Participer à la montée en compétence des équipes

Exigences:

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur, Master scientifique ou formation équivalente
  • Au moins 2 ans en optimisation
  • Opérationnel·le en environnement Linux et maîtrise de Python
  • Autonome, capable d’assumer des décisions techniques et d’arbitrer entre qualité des modèles et contraintes produit
  • À l’aise avec le travail en équipe, les bonnes pratiques de code et aime apprendre
  • Niveau C1 en français comme en anglais

Souhaitable:

  • Expérience dans le domaine médical/orthodontie
  • Connaissance de la 3D
  • Connaissance en traitement d'images conventionnel (type OpenCv)
