La Direction OPC (Operations, Premises & Country COOs) est composée des pôles de gestion des opérations de financement et d’investissement et des Chief Operating Officers du réseau international. Partenaires clés de tous les métiers de la banque, en relation avec les principaux acteurs économiques (clients corporate internationaux, institutionnels, chambres de compensation, autorités de régulation…), nos équipes garantissent la qualité et la fiabilité des opérations réalisées sur les places financières mondiales, dans le respect de la réglementation internationale. Notre organisation s’articule autour de 4 départements opérationnels ségrégués par types d’activités et d’un pôle régional Asie-Moyen Orient, assistés de départements transverses dédiés à la gestion de projets, à la transformation, à la coordination internationale et au contrôle permanent. Avec plus de 1800 collaborateurs dans le monde dont 1000 sur le campus de SQY Park, notre Direction bénéficie d’un environnement de travail moderne aux multiples services et offre de nombreuses perspectives d’évolutions, tant fonctionnelles que managériales.

Responsabilités:

  • Participation aux différents reportings internes
  • Préparation des Comités de Contrôle Interne OPC
  • Participation active aux projets transverses pilotés par Operational Risk Management OPC, dont : optimisation des outils de reporting et de production de KRIs, exploitation des données, création d’outils d’analyse avec l’aide de l’IA
  • Identification, évaluation et cartographie des risques opérationnels
  • Revue de la cohérence du dispositif de contrôle permanent de niveau 1, et suivi des indicateurs de risques
  • Surveillance, suivi et maîtrise des incidents et dysfonctionnements. Déclaration des incidents et des pertes financières liées aux risques opérationnels, et cas de fraudes
  • Suivi des Plans d’actions émis suite aux constats de situations à risque et aux incidents, à la cartographie et aux contrôles
  • Suivi des recommandations d’inspections internes et externes
  • Réalisation de contrôles 2.2 inscrits au plan

Exigences:

  • Bac + 5 / M2 et plus
  • Formation: Ecole de commerce, Ecole d'ingénieur ou Université
  • Spécialisation Banque Finance – Conformité – Audit
  • options complémentaires data science
  • Niveau d'expérience minimum: 0 - 2 ans
  • Une 1ère expérience dans les fonctions de contrôles (métiers d’Audit, de Contrôle Permanent, de Conformité ou de Risques) et/ou dans les métiers Middle/Back office de banque de marché ou en data management avec l’utilisation d’outils de type IA
  • Connaissance des sujets conformité/règlementation bancaire, connaissance risques

  • Surveiller les risques opérationnels des activités opérées par le département informatique et notamment le métier de banque de marchés, alerter le management GIT et les instances de contrôles de la Banque de tout incident majeur et piloter les plans de remédiation pour couvrir les risques identifiés
  • Assurer le suivi des recommandations émises par l'inspection Générale et les Commissaires aux comptes sur un périmètre mondial
  • Participer au dispositif global du contrôle permanent du département informatique (recensement des contrôles et indicateurs opérationnels et exécution du plan de contrôle de niveau 2.2)
  • Réaliser et mettre à jour la cartographie des risques opérationnels des activités de GIT
  • Contribuer à la préparation des comités de contrôle permanent et contrôle interne
  • Promouvoir au sein de GIT la culture du contrôle permanent
  • Être le point d'entrée des départements de contrôle de la banque (Conformité, Risk et Permanent Control, Juridique et Audit Interne) et Ieur relai au sein de GIT pour les sujets transverses
  • Participer au renforcement de l'activité de gestion des risques IT & Sécurité avec les équipes Operational Risk Managers à l'international
