Nous recherchons notre futur Operational Efficiency Leader pour orchestrer un changement profond au sein d'une organisation multisite de premier plan. Ce n'est pas un poste de bureau ordinaire : c'est un rôle de "chef d'orchestre" opérationnel où votre mission sera de piloter des "Tiger Teams" pour résoudre des défis complexes et réduire de moitié les temps de réponse des processus.

Responsabilités:

  • Diriger des équipes multidisciplinaires : guider des équipes diversifiées dans l'application des méthodologies Lean pour les root cause analysis et la mise en œuvre d'actions correctives
  • Éliminer le gaspillage : piloter et synchroniser les efforts pour rectifier rapidement les problèmes urgents, avec l'objectif de réduire de 50 % ou plus les temps de réponse pour les défis liés aux produits, aux processus et à l'organisation
  • Booster la productivité : former et diriger une "tiger team" (équipe d'intervention rapide) pour résoudre les problèmes par des actions décisives et simplifier le traitement des préoccupations clients
  • Flexibilité et agilité : accélérer l'acquisition de nouvelles accréditations, soutenir une culture progressiste et obtenir des résultats concrets et supérieurs
  • Favoriser l'amélioration organisationnelle : aider à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux cadres organisationnels ou processus (ex: S&OP), décloisonner les départements et cultiver un esprit de résolution de problèmes
  • Améliorer les relations clients : rehausser la réputation et la qualité des interactions clients
  • Analyser et agir : développer des plans d'action stratégiques et mener des analyses de tendances approfondies à partir des audits et des données de performance
  • Diffuser la culture qualité : promouvoir et appliquer les normes de qualité à travers l'organisation
  • Proactivité et orientation solutions : etre le moteur de nos initiatives avec une attitude positive ("we can do it")

Exigences:

  • Bachelier ou master en électromécanique, gestion de la qualité, administration des affaires, gestion des opérations ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience avérée dans la direction d'équipes multidisciplinaires et gestion de projets complexes
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en méthodologies Lean et résolution de problèmes 8D/9S
  • Expérience en excellence opérationnelle ou amélioration de processus dans l'aérospatiale, l'automobile, la défense ou un domaine similaire
  • Capacité démontrée à conduire des transformations culturelles et structurelles au sein d'une organisation
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs priorités
  • Connaissances fondamentales des systèmes électromécaniques (atout majeur)
  • Connaissance des processus de certification et des systèmes de gestion de la qualité
  • Vous êtes d'accord de réaliser votre fonction entre les différents sites de notre client

  • You will be in charge of a portfolio of corporate accounts, requiring real expertise and special attention
  • Create a privileged and lasting partnership with your partners by bringing them your Food Tech expertise
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Managers in your team to ensure the smooth onboarding of clients
  • Create, manage and implement growth strategies for all your accounts to maximize revenue and growth potential against the target
  • Suggest and implement marketing and promotional campaigns on your portfolio
  • Follow up with each of your assigned accounts to demonstrate new features as they are released
  • Use reports and dashboards to monitor performance and delve into data to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities and communicate their value to customers
  • Collaborate with other teams (Corporate Sales, Customer Service, Rider Operations, Commercial, Finance) to lead operational efficiency and create, improve and deliver end-to-end projects
  • Work on projects with the management team to take Deliveroo for Work to the next level in 2026
