Description du poste:

Under the responsibility of the workshop manager, the operator intervenes on finishing machines. The position involves various tasks such as piloting the winder, supplying raw materials, wrapping reels, and ensuring the cleanliness of the work environment. The company is looking for a long-term team member with a team spirit and a rigorous and conscientious attitude.

Responsabilités:

Pilot the winder from the entry of the mother reel to the storage of daughter reels
Responsible for the precision and quality of the cutting of daughter reels and for the self-checks related to his position
Responsible for supplying raw materials to the pulpers and monitoring storage tanks under the foreman's responsibility
Wrap the reels coming out of the winder and seed machine with plastic film using a transshipment tool
Supply machines according to manufacturing orders
Execute manufacturing orders
Ensure the cleaning of machines and the cleanliness of the work environment

Exigences:

6 months experience
Operator on press (F/H)
No diploma required
Team spirit
Rigorous and conscientious

Ce que nous offrons:

Holiday shift bonus of 33.54€ gross
Holiday pay increase of 200%
Night basket 6.20 € (1 basket for 8 hours of night work)
Night hours increase (according to specific calculation)
Day basket 2.54 € (presence on time slot 12h – 14h)

Shift work in 2x8 or 3x8 from Monday to Friday (morning 4h-12h/afternoon 12h-20h/night 20h – 4h)
Complete training for the position
