Description du poste:
You will work on a conventional milling machine for the fabrication of elementary mechanical multiprogram parts. You will perform elementary mechanical parts by following multiple programs, respecting technical sheets and provided plans. The entire manufacturing process involves several steps explained below. Examine in detail the technical sheets and plans of the parts to be made. This allows for a good understanding of the machining requirements, dimensions to be respected, as well as technical specifications. Depending on the parts to be machined, it is necessary to choose and install the appropriate tooling. The installation of these tools is done with precision on the conventional milling machine, taking care to respect the specified cutting parameters. Once the tooling is installed, the raw part is mounted on the milling machine table or in a vise, according to the required configuration for machining. A solid and precise mounting is essential to guarantee the quality of the finished part. Cutting tools must be mounted carefully and adjusted according to the given specifications. It is important to check the correct positioning of the tools to ensure optimal machining. During machining, rigorous control is carried out to verify that the dimensions and geometry of the part correspond to the criteria defined in the technical documents. This control allows for error prevention and guarantees the quality of the manufacturing. After machining, the part may require deburring, chamfering or adjustment operations to remove excess material, smooth edges and improve the finish. These steps are carried out carefully to obtain a part that meets the requirements. Throughout the machining, it is essential to respect safety rules, industrial standards and good manufacturing practices. This guarantees not only the quality of the parts, but also the safety of the operators. It is important to actively contribute to collaborative work with other team members, share relevant information and report activity clearly and precisely. Vigilance is paramount in this type of work, whether during machine adjustment, machining, or control. An attentive and secure work environment helps prevent accident risks and guarantees high-quality parts. In summary, this work requires technical skills, great precision and the ability to follow strict instructions. It also requires a commitment to respect industrial standards and to work effectively as a team.
