The Office Manager will be responsible for organizing and communicating, managing administrative tasks, providing accounting support, handling human resources, and managing premises and suppliers. The role involves being the administrative and organizational pillar, acting as the privileged interface between the internal team and external contacts.

Exigences:

Bac+3
at least 3 years of experience
confirmed experience as an executive assistant
excellent interpersonal and service skills
organization, rigor, and ability to multitask
perfect mastery of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
very good spelling and writing skills
interest in numbers and accounting notions
good English skills appreciated
