En tant que Network Development Manager, vous êtes l’un des piliers de notre croissance, en pilotant la sécurisation de nouveaux sites et le développement de partenariats long terme avec les principaux acteurs de l’immobilier commercial en France.

Responsabilités

  • Identifier, qualifier et négocier des opportunités immobilières pour le déploiement des stations de notre réseau, en respectant les critères de l’entreprise (trafic, revenus potentiels, investissement et retour sur investissement)
  • Piloter des cycles de vente complexes auprès de comptes stratégiques : appels d’offres multi-interlocuteurs, cycles de décision longs et échanges avec des décideurs. Vous construisez des propositions commerciales adaptées, avec des argumentaires clairs et convaincants
  • Vos cibles : sociétés foncières, brokers, promoteurs, gestionnaires d’actifs, grandes enseignes de distribution, apporteurs d’affaires et opérateurs d’infrastructures. Vous savez identifier les interlocuteurs et exécuter une stratégie pour closer
  • Gérer les comptes clés de manière autonome et de bout en bout, de la prospection en passant par la signature du projet et jusqu’à la mise en service de la station
  • Coordonner les équipes internes (technique, juridique, déploiement) afin de garantir la faisabilité et la rentabilité des projets signés
  • Assurer une veille marché active : anticipation des tendances, identification de nouvelles opportunités (repositionnement d’actifs, nouveaux développements, évolutions réglementaires) et évaluation de leur potentiel économique

Exigences

  • Minimum 4 ans d’expérience dans l’immobilier commercial, acquise en asset management, développement foncier, gestion d’actifs ou conseil en immobilier commercial
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et financières, indispensables pour le poste : vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise avec les chiffres et savez modéliser la rentabilité d’un site, analyser des données financières, identifier les leviers de création de valeur d’un actif et défendre vos recommandations auprès d’interlocuteurs exigeants
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion autonome de comptes stratégiques : vous savez piloter des relations complexes, structurer les échanges et faire avancer des dossiers à fort enjeu de manière indépendante
  • Forte orientation résultats, résilience et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en forte croissance, exigeant et en transformation rapide
