Responsabilités:

  • Produire des estimations pour établir les bases des cahiers de fabrication et du MBOM, ainsi que les coûts et délais de fabrication des pièces de détail et/ou d’assemblage
  • Interpréter, vérifier et approuver les dessins et documents techniques provenant de l’ingénierie
  • Définir rapidement des stratégies d’assemblage et de fabrication pour les composantes d’avion
  • Identifier les outils nécessaires à la fabrication ou à l’assemblage afin de respecter le tolérancement géométrique
  • Participer activement au soutien client en coordonnant la résolution des problèmes techniques avec les équipes de soutien

Exigences:

  • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en ingénierie mécanique, fabrication aéronautique, électrique, industriel, électromécanique ou domaine connexe
  • 5 à 8 ans d’expérience pertinente en cotation, méthodes ou dans un domaine connexe (expérience Bombardier, services clients, finance, stratégie ou conseil en gestion)
  • Maîtrise de la lecture de dessins techniques, bonne visualisation 3D et esprit d’analyse
  • Connaissance des logiciels de CAO (Catia, Enovia, MACPAC), suite MS Office
  • Connaissance de SAP et/ou Siemens NX
  • Excellentes aptitudes en travail d’équipe, persévérance, jugement et orientation solutions
  • Maîtrise du français oral et écrit, bonne connaissance de l’anglais

  • Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components

  • Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production

  • Participate in the development of feasibility studies by conducting non-destructive tests on new materials, procedures, assemblies, structures.... etc., and by determining the most appropriate methods
  • Contribute to the development of NDT solutions dedicated to specific needs, monitoring their adjustment, qualification and promotion
  • Ensure the follow-up of customer requirements in accordance with internal quality procedures for the successful completion of the operation
  • Maintain skills and certifications obtained and acquire new ones
