In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a: Medical Education & Training Manager. The Medical Education & Training Manager leads TEOXANE Thailand's medical education strategy, adapting global and regional frameworks to local needs. This senior, hands-on role requires strong credibility with HCPs and proven injector training expertise, covering anatomy, product science, ATP, injection techniques, and patient safety. The role assesses injectors, segments HCPs by training needs, and deploys targeted programs to build confidence, product knowledge, and safe practice. Working closely with field teams, marketing, APAC, and global stakeholders, the role ensures aligned execution of education initiatives while strengthening local faculty capabilities to support a sustainable training model and market growth.
Responsabilités
Develop and execute TEOXANE Thailand’s medical education and training plan, translating global and regional strategies into effective local programs
Assess HCP capabilities, identify training gaps, and segment audiences to build structured learning pathways from foundation to advanced levels
Design and deliver high-quality education programs that improve injector confidence, product understanding, ATP adoption, and safe, consistent clinical practice
Recruit, develop, and manage local faculty and trainers, leveraging global and regional expertise to strengthen capability, governance, and training quality
Plan and manage the full training calendar, including workshops, masterclasses, in-clinic training, congresses, and internal/distributor education
Support advanced programs (e.g., cadaver courses, anatomy-based training, partnerships with academic and training institutions)
Leverage the TEOXANE Regional Academy (Bangkok) and digital platforms to deliver hybrid learning and enhance training impact
Drive KOL, clinic, and key account engagement through targeted education, coaching, and case-based discussions
Train distributor and field teams on HA science, product differentiation, ATP, and compliant scientific messaging
Ensure all education and related activities are medically aligned and compliant, in close collaboration with Medical, Marketing, and Regional teams
Track training effectiveness, HCP engagement, and market impact, translating insights into continuous program improvement and best practice sharing
Manage training operations end-to-end, including materials, vendors, logistics, budgets, and compliance
Exigences
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Dentistry, Aesthetic Medicine, or related healthcare / science field
Minimum 4 years of experience in medical education, clinical training, customer education, medical affairs, clinical specialist, or sales training roles
Prior experience in HA injectables, aesthetic medicine, dermatology, medical devices, or pharmaceutical training is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, HA fillers, treatment planning, product selection, injection technique, patient safety, and aesthetic clinic workflows
Experience developing and delivering HCP training programs, faculty-led activities, in-clinic education, workshops, speaker programs, or advanced anatomy training
Experience recruiting, engaging, developing, or supporting faculty, trainers, KOLs, clinical advocates, or clinical specialists is strongly preferred
Strong familiarity with the Thai aesthetics market, including KOLs, faculty, key accounts, clinics, and injector education needs, is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of regulatory, medical, and marketing compliance policies involving dermal fillers
Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on, credible with doctors, commercially aware, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving market environment
Fluency in Thai and strong English communication skills required
